Mission: terminal hospitality
Objectives
- Kill the cult leader
- Escape the hospital island

Move carefully up to the rocks near the speedboat. Using the rocks as cover, have a look around for patrolling guards. There’s a cultist on the big motor cruiser moored nearby, so wait until he’s facing the other way before you move. There’s also a cultist patrolling the crates, and one at the top of the staircase up ahead so coordinate your movements carefully. When you can, move in amongst the crates and hide. Gradually move up westwards until you’re near the temple. Check your map for any points of interest, there’s one nearby (cultist’s clothes). Watch out for the two patrolling guards and when they are both facing the other way, move to the outside of the temple and change into the new set of clothes.

Now make your way to the northwestern corner of the hospital. Open the door and climb the stairs to level 2. Watch out for guards and nurses; if you get too close, they will see through your disguise.

Check your map and make your way to the agency’s equipment pickup point. Move towards the room on the southwestern corner and check your map. Wait for the nurse inside the room to move out onto the balcony before picking the lock and entering the room. Once you’re inside, take the key and the night vision goggles. Check the next room and change into the doctor’s uniform. Now make your way outside to the room where the nurse is sitting. Quickly move past her and turn right towards the balcony stairs before she has a chance to sound the alarm. Now make your way northwest across the roof and take the stairs to level 2. Check your map and locate the elevator. Avoid patrolling guards and nurses and make your way to the elevator. Take the lift down to the basement.

Once you’re in the basement take a left and move southwards. Check your map for another point of interest and make your way towards it. Once you’re outside check for patrolling guards and pick the lock when the coast is clear. Go inside and grab the scalpel. Now leave the room and head south to the generator room. Put on your night vision goggles and switch off the generator. Now check your map and head north towards the four operating theatres.

Check each theatre until you locate the one containing the cult leader (he’s totally bald). Wait outside until the two cultists run out. Now enter the operating theatre and use the scalpel on the cult leader. Once he’s dead leave the room and use the western stairs to get outside. Now make your way back to the speedboat.
